Road-paving material comprising slag powder which comes into being in steel making process, and the method of paving road therewith

PURPOSE: Road paving materials using steelmaking slag dust coated with resin are provided to prevent elution of heavy metals contained in slag dust. CONSTITUTION: The road paving materials are prepared by mixing 1pts.wt. of slag dust generated from steel making with 0.01-0.1pts.wt. of one or more of emulsion acryl resin, emulsified asphalt, emulsion epoxy, SBR latex and EVA. The road is paved by casting cement concrete comprising 50-500kg of slag dust, 0.05-50kg of coater, 200-400kg of cement, 80-150kg of water and 1300-1600kg/m¬3 of aggregates to the road, roller compacting and curing, where the amounts of components are based on 1m¬3 cement concrete mixture.
