A System for Acquiring Psychological Information of Customer for Customer Relationship Management

PURPOSE: A system for obtaining client information for managing a client relation is provided to enable clients to select a web page of a design adapted to ones' taste, recognize an objective mental state of a client, and manage a client relation through a web design format selected by client. CONSTITUTION: In a web site operating server system(200) for supplying a plurality of web pages to a client computer(100) through a network, a member information managing unit(220) registers/manages member information of a client necessary for a member registration in a database(260). A web page supplying unit(230) supplies a web page of a design selected by a client in the database(260) constructed including web pages having web pages which is constituted by various physical characteristics of a design with respect to identical contents. A preference recognizing unit(240) recognizes a specific design format preference of a corresponding client through web page operation information of a design selected by a client out of many web pages and registers the preference in the database(260). A mental state characteristic recognizing unit(250) analyzes the specific design format preference of the client, recognizes a mental state characteristic of a corresponding client, and registers the mental state characteristic in the database(260).
