PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to achieve improved processing speed by permitting each of digital modules to employ respective micro processors for processing signals. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises sensors with analog modules(14 to 19) for sensing bio signals of a patient and amplifying and filtering analog signals generated from the sensors; individual common digital modules(20 to 25) for processing the signals output from the individual analog modules into digital signals; a computer(27) having micro processors built therein; a primary card(26) for transmitting the signals output from the digital modules, and transmitting the signals to the computer; and a display unit(28) for displaying bio signals stored in the storing unit of the computer. Each of the individual common digital modules, includes an analog-digital converter for converting the analog signal input from the analog module into a digital signal; a storing unit for transmitting the digital signal; a control unit for processing the data transmitted through the storing unit; and a level converter for adjusting the level of the data output from the control unit, and outputting the data to the primary card.
