Expression vector containing gene of human ferritin, transformant thereof and method for preparing human ferritin using the same

PURPOSE: Provided are an expression vector containing gene of human ferritin, an E. coli transformant and a method for preparing human ferritin using the same, thereby mass-producing recombinant human ferritin in high concentration and yield. CONSTITUTION: The expression vector contains human ferritin gene and T7 promotor, wherein the human ferritin gene is characteristically ferritin light chain. E.coli transformant, BL21(DE3)/pT7FerL(KCTC 1016BP) is prepared by transformation with the expression vector. Human ferritin protein is manufactured by the steps of: culturing the E.coli transformant; separating an inclusion body of an insoluble protein; suspending the insoluble protein in an alkali solution; and loading pH buffer solution to the suspension for neutralization.
