MODIFIED BITUMEN MIXTURE FOR PAVEMENT OF ASPHALT ROAD

PURPOSE: Provided is a pavement material which has excellent flow resistance, anti-fatigue property, cracking resistance, peeling resistance and durability sufficient to prevent plastic deformation. CONSTITUTION: The modified bitumen mixture for the pavement of asphalt roads comprises: a mixed aggregate having a characteristic particle size distribution and containing 30-32 wt% of aggregate having a size of 19-5 mm, 15-17 wt% of aggregate having a size of 13-5 wt%, 42-44 wt% of crushed sand having a size of 8 mm or less, 5-8 wt% of natural sand having a size of 5 mm or less and 2-4 wt% of fillers; 4-7 wt% of asphalt based on the weight of the mixed aggregate; 2-5 wt% of an amide-based polymer based on the weight of the aspha and 0.1-0.5 wt% of natural fiber based on the total weight of the mixture.
