PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing photocurable fluoro-modified urethane acrylate oligomer useful for a photocurable coating composition that improves heat resistance when coated on electric devices, car lamps and other materials. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing photocurable fluoro-modified urethane acrylate oligomer represented by formula 1 comprises the steps of: reacting a polyester polyol represented by formula 2 with a part of isocyanate functional groups(NCO) of an aliphatic or aromatic isocyanate, or an oligomer thereof; reacting a part of unreacted isocyanate groups with at least one of a fluoro compound represented by formula 4, i.e., CpF2p+1-R8-OH (wherein R8 is a C1-C10 alkylene and p is an integer of 1-10) or formula 5, or a mixture thereof; and subjecting the remaining unreacted isocyanate groups to the addition reaction with a hydroxy-containing acrylate represented by formula 6. In the above formulae, R3 is an aliphatic, cyclic or aromatic compound or oligomers thereof; X is the compound of formula 4 or 5, or a mixture thereof; each of l and m is 1-6; each of R4 and R5 is a C2-C10 aliphatic or aromatic compound; n is 1-20; R9 is any one of F, CF3, CH2F and CHF2; q is an integer of 1-5; R10 is a C1-C10 alkylene; R11 is H or CH3; and R11 is a C2-C6 alkylene.
