摘要
PURPOSE: A preparation for pre-treating a polyester fiber before the ink-jet printing is provided to make an excellent dyeability by enhancing the fitness of dye ink to polyester, and to reduce energy consumption by lowering the dyeing temperature. CONSTITUTION: An ink-jet printing pre-treatment preparation for a polyester fiber contains 0.1-10 wt.% of a thickening agent, 0.05-5 wt.% of acid, 0.05-2 wt.% of an anti-reduction agent, 0.01-3 wt.% of a carrier, and 80-99.79 wt.%. of water. The thickening agent is selected from sodium alginate, carboxy methyl cellulose, hydroxy ethyl cellulose, locust bean gum, tragaganth gum, guar gum, arabic gum, gelatin, or poly vinyl alcohol. The acid is selected from ammonium sulfate, ammonium tartrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, acetic acid, formic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, or sulfamic acid. The anti-reduction agent is selected from sodium chlorate, sodium hypochlorite, calcium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, nitrobenzene sulfonate. The carrier is selected from monochloro o-phenylphenol, o-phenylphenol, diphenyl, monomethyl naphthalene, dichloro benzene, trichlorobenzene, methyl cresotinate, or acetophenone. Before the polyester fiber is ink-jet printed with disperse dyes, the polyester fiber is dipped into the pre-treatment solution to absorb the solution by 50-150%.
