Double layers resin film coated aluminium case for electronic device, method for manufacturing the aluminium case, and electronic device cased by the aluminium case

PURPOSE: A double-layer resin film adhesive aluminum outer packaging container for electronic elements and a manufacturing method thereof and the electronic elements mounted on the outer packaging container are provided to improve the insulation by coating an aluminum plate with a polyester resin film. CONSTITUTION: A resin film adhesive aluminum plate(10) is comprised of an aluminum plate(2) and first and second polyester resin films(4,6) that are laminated on one side or both sides of the aluminum plate(2) in a double-layer structure. In case that the double-layer polyester resin films(4,6) are adhered to the aluminum plate(2), the first polyester resin film(4) is directly adhered to the aluminum plate(2) and the second polyester resin film(6) is adhered on the first polyester resin film(4). An additional layer(8) is disposed on a surface of the aluminum plate(2) in order to increase adhesive strength between the aluminum plate(2) and the first polyester resin film(4).
