PURPOSE: An optical lens grinder is provided to improve the workability by integrally setting a finishing device with a polishing device. CONSTITUTION: A finishing device(110) has one center shaft(120). A polishing device(170) integrally formed with one side of the finishing device(110) has two center shaft(120). The center shafts(120) of the finishing device(110) and the polishing device(170) are moved up and down by the driving force of the first motor. A spindle box(132) is positioned below a working table(111) on which the finishing device(110) and the polishing device(170) are worked. A spindle(130) is accommodated in the spindle box(132). The spindle is positioned perpendicular to the center shaft(120). The spindle(130) is rotated by the second motor(136). A driving device is provided to generate the power to move the center shaft(120) up and down towards the spindle(130). A plurality of position detecting sensors are installed in a moving direction of the center shaft(130) for detecting the moving distance of the center shafts(120).
