PURPOSE: A fashion hat with function of shading sun is provided to prevent sunburn and to display the various aesthetic senses by inserting the various accessary designs into a sunshade. CONSTITUTION: The fashion hat with function of shading sun includes a hat sunshade(20), a netting thread hanging tool(40), the netting thread cloth(50) and a receiving groove(60). A guide groove is formed on the upper side of the netting thread hanging tool(40) and a cover is installed on the both ends and the netting thread hanging tool(40) is stuck to a side of the hat sunshade(20). The netting thread cloth(50) includes a projection portion and an accessary is added to the netting thread cloth(50). The receiving groove(60) is formed on an end of a sunshade for receiving the netting thread cloth(50).
