Dual Architecture And Method For System Board Of System Over Compact PCI Bus

PURPOSE: A dual structure of a system board of a compact PCI bus based system and a method for the same are provided to perform stably a data exchange process by dualizing the system board mounted on the compact PCI bus based system. CONSTITUTION: A dual structure of a system board includes a system board(20A,20B) and a plurality of input/output boards(21-26). The system board is operated in an active/standby state to control a data exchange process between boards by controlling occupying states of buses and a supplying state of power for all boards on a compact PCI bus. The input/output board are used for performing the data exchange process when the occupying states of the buses and the supplying state of the power are controlled by the system board of the active state.
