摘要

PURPOSE: Lightweight permeable resin concrete using eruptive rocks is provided, which has high compressive strength and bending strength and excellent permeability and shows natural eruptive rocks color. And a permeable pavement method is provided also by using the permeable resin concrete. CONSTITUTION: The resin concrete comprises 50-85wt%(based on the resin concrete weight of 100%) of the eruptive rocks having a particle size of 2.5-5.0mm, 0-20wt% of a fine aggregate having a particle size of 0.08-2.5mm, 15-20wt% of an unsaturated polyester resin binder mixed with a shrinkage reducing agent, a curing agent, and an initiator or an epoxy resin binder mixed with a curing agent, and 0-17wt% of a blast furnace slag fine powder filler. The resin concrete has a permeation coefficient of 50x10¬-2cm/sec or more and a compressive strength of 100-400kgf/cm2. And the permeable pavement method comprises the steps of: forming a filter layer(30) on a road; forming a base layer(20) on the filter layer(30); pouring the resin concrete(10) on the base layer(20); making the surface of the pavement hard.
