Apparatus and method for failure prediction of radio port using neural network

摘要

PURPOSE: An apparatus for predicting a fault of a base station using a neural network and a method thereof are provided to supervise in priority the base station before generation of faults after predicting the base station having high chances for generating faults, thereby minimizing the faults of the base station and maximizing operating efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A management data collection unit(10) collects information on hardware, software, performance, faults, ticking issuing particulars of the base station so that the base station predicts possibilities of a fault generation by a neural network. A neural network processing unit(20) predicts possibilities of the fault generation by using standard of classification of performance index, fault index, production of capacity of the base station and management contents of an operator. The neural network processing unit(20) predicts possibilities of the fault generation of the base station on condition of the number of tickets and the time of critical fault movement.
