PURPOSE: A shifting device in a 6-speed transmission is provided to improve fuel and shifting efficiency by a compact structure. CONSTITUTION: A shifting device in a 6-speed transmission includes a finger shaft(10), an interlock plate(20), and a lug shift(30). The finger shaft moves a crank shaft(1) rotatably and horizontally by inserting the inner periphery to the outer periphery of the crank shaft. The finger shaft forms a projecting forward finger(11) and backward finger(12) on the crank shaft as one body at regular intervals, and has an arm part(13) connecting an arm. The interlock plate maintains co-rotation on the shaft with an interlock pin(21) in the finger shaft. Rotating movement according to a shifting location moves the lug shift separately on the shaft of the forward finger and the backward finger.
