PURPOSE: Shift fork structure for a manual transmission is provided to lubricate efficiently, and to prevent stick from shortage of lubrication by extending remaining time of oil with collecting oil in the contact portion of a shift fork and a synchronizer sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A shift fork(10) comprises a main body part(12) curved and opened and composed of a contact part(18) protruded inward in the inner periphery, and an assembling support part(14) combined with a shift rail at the other side of the main body part. The contact part is composed of an advance contact member(18a) and a discharge contact member(18b) based on rotation direction of a synchronizer sleeve. A first oil groove(18aa) is formed in the advance contact member, and the sectional area of the inlet is larger than the sectional area of the outlet of the first oil groove. A second oil groove(18bb) is formed in the discharge contact member, and the sectional area of the inlet of the discharge contact member is smaller than the sectional area of the outlet. Stick is prevented by lubricating the shift fork and the synchronizer sleeve efficiently with collecting oil in the contact portion of the shift fork.
