PURPOSE: A method for evaluating performance of position decision of a mobile communication terminal using a radio communication network and an A-GPS(Assisted-GPS) method are provided to enable a measuring person to promptly and efficiently perform a performance evaluation related to position decision of a mobile communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: A mobile communication terminal(110) has a GPS(Global Positioning System) module receiving GPS electric wave including navigation data from a GPS artificial satellite for transmitting the navigation data to a radio communication network. A test apparatus(120) has an LBS(Location Based Service) radio network analyzing program connected with the mobile communication terminal(110) for receiving data related to position decision and analyzing and processing the data to display the processed data in text and graphic in real time. A position deciding server(162) receives the navigation data through the radio communication network, and converts the navigation data into coordinates of longitude and latitude to transmit the converted data to the mobile communication terminal(110).
