Manufacturing method of shape-stable hollow yarn and spinneret for hollow yarn

PURPOSE: Provided is a hollow fiber which maintains the characteristics intrinsic thereto while preventing the breakage of the hollow shape during the long-timed process of spinning, thereby removing any possible defect and improving the workability. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing the hollow fiber comprises the steps of: spinning a polyester polymer with an intrinsic viscosity of 0.640-0.670 through a spinneret(2) at 0.20-25g/min.hole; cooling the polymer discharged through the spinneret at 275-350 deg.C using a cooling air(1); feeding an emulsion to the polymer positioned directly under the spinneret by the distance of 750-3000mm; drawing the polymer between first and second rollers(5,6) at 70-90 deg.C; heat-treating the polymer between third rollers(7) at 110-130 deg.C; and winding it at 3500-6500m/min to make a hollow fiber with 0.5-30 denier.
