PURPOSE: A construction method for a building structure having a mixed structure of a reinforced concrete structure and a steel-frame reinforced concrete structure is provided to shorten a period of construction and to reduce construction expenses. CONSTITUTION: The construction method for a building structure having a mixed structure of a reinforced concrete structure and a steel-frame reinforced concrete structure comprises the steps of: executing a framework on the lower part of a building structure with a reinforced concrete structure; constructing from the beginning of an intermediate part to the uppermost part of an intermediate part with a steel frame; while executing a framework between the part where a steel-frame structure of an intermediate part is started and the uppermost part of an intermediate part, executing a framework from the beginning of an upper part toward a roof layer with a reinforced concrete structure.
