PURPOSE: A vegetation revetment block is provided to make a nature-friendly vegetation revetment block having vegetation spaces and protrusions of various shapes and forms installed to a bank or slope of a river. CONSTITUTION: A vegetation revetment block(1) is installed to a bank or slope of a river. In the vegetation revetment block, vegetation spaces(12) vertically pierced and protrusions(13) of various shapes and forms are formed to the top surface(A) of the block body and wire holes(14a,14b) are pierced in the middle of each side(B) in the longitudinal and transverse directions. The transverse wire holes are formed under the longitudinal wire holes. On the longitudinal and transverse one-sides(b) of the block body, combining prominent parts(15b) are formed to the center and combining depressed parts(15a) are formed to both sides of the combining prominent part. On the longitudinal and transverse other sides(b') of the block body, the combining depressed parts are formed to the center and the combining prominent parts are formed to both sides of the combining depressed part. A connecting ring(16) is installed to a corner surface(C).
