PURPOSE: A blast port for a vehicle having an opening and shutting grille frame is provided to prevent a driver and passengers from suffering from a respiratory disease by facilitating the cleaning of the inside of a blast grille frame and a blast port body and to make fresh and clean cold and warm air supplied to the room of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A blast port for a vehicle having an opening and shutting grille frame has a receiving space formed to the rear of a grille frame(4) with a grille. A blast grille frame(2) having guide units(23) formed to the outside of both sidewalls of the receiving space is moved back and forth along guide rails(11) of a blast port body(1) fixed to a blast duct of a dash board by a driving unit(3). An air filer insertion groove(44) is formed between the sidewalls of the grille frame. First fitting projections(43) with an uneven protrusion(43a) are formed to the upper sides of the grille frame oppositely to first hinge holes(42) formed to the sides of the lower part of the grille frame. The blast grille frame has second fitting projection(21) with an uneven groove(21a) to the upper part of the opened front sides and has a pair of supports(20) with a first hinge shaft(22) to the lower part. The first hinge shaft is inserted in the first hinge hole and the grille frame opens and shuts around the front lower part of the blast grille frame. The closed state of the grille frame is maintained by the combination of the uneven protrusions and the uneven grooves.
