PROCESS FOR EXPRESSING DESIGNS IN METAL PLATE USING STICKER WHICH SEPARATES RELEASE PAPER IN WATER AND FIXES STICKER TO EXACT PLACE

PURPOSE: A process for expressing a design in a metal plate using a sticker is provided to express various designs easily at a low cost and to fix a design to an exact place. CONSTITUTION: The process for expressing a design in a metal plate using the sticker comprises the steps of: pre-treating by scratching the metal plate; priming by primer coating; drying the primer coating; water-treating composed of separating a release paper by dipping the sticker paper and the release paper combined by a starch adhesive layer in a water and placing the sticker paper at a top side of the metal plate; pressing for removing a moisture and an air; drying; forming a protective layer for protecting a printing layer printed on the sticker paper; drying the protective layer; surface scratching; UV coating; and drying composed of heat drying and UV drying.
