PURPOSE: A branch pipe for winding a yarn is provided to produce by using a waste corrugated cardboard and a natural material without using a stencil paper. CONSTITUTION: A waste corrugated cardboard to remove foreign materials and cut in a certain size is punched in a same size at a regular interval. The dotted corrugated cardboard is inserted in a hot water tank at 80degreeC and sunken for one minute to expand a fibroid material and to maximally absorb moisture for easily shattering. The primary fibroid material is separated by shattering the expanded waste corrugated cardboard with a roller set. A flour powder of 10weight% is spread in the fibroid material of the shattered waste corrugated cardboard to promote the resolution of the fibroid material and to neutralize harmful materials in the waste corrugated cardboard. A flour glue is mixed with the fibroid material. The waste corrugated cardboard is shattered with the roller set by heating in a microwave chamber for three minutes. The fibroid material of the shattered waste corrugated cardboard is formed in a noodle shape by passing through a vertical pitch roller. The noodle shaped waste corrugated cardboard and the flour glue are formed in a hard paste status by inserting in a double screw-shaft and pressing-out. The density of the paste is reinforced by forcibly mixing through an outlet having a half caliber of the screw shaft. The reinforced paste is formed in a plate shape by pressing through a double flat roller. The plates shaped paste is produced in a chip shape by forming in a noodle shape in a 5mm diameter and cutting in a 5mm length with a crosswise pitch roller. The produced chip is dried by repeatedly passing through a drier. The dried chip is pressurized with an oil pressure mold after inserting in a mold base.
