PURPOSE: A full-glassed vacuum pipe type solar heat collector is provided to prevent a frozen burst, while achieving improved efficiency of solar heat. CONSTITUTION: A glass vacuum pipe type solar heat collector comprises a fixing cap(6) having a screw portion, which is tightly coupled to the top of a double glass collector(2) by using an O-ring(7); a connecting member(9) having a center with a hollow portion(22), an outer surface with a plurality of air holes(11), and a bottom surface with a screw portion to be engaged with the screw portion formed at the fixing cap, wherein the connecting member is coupled to the double glass collector by using an O-ring(14); a cool water pipe(3) supported by a support member(15) in such a manner that the cool water pipe is disposed at the center of a hot water pipe(4); and a cool water inlet pipe(25) coupled to the cool water pipe through the O-ring(17).
