PURPOSE: To provide a device for filtering rainwater and a wastewater reclamation and reusing system that is capable of removing turbidity components, microorganisms and bacteria from the water treated by the rainwater filtering device to produce recycled water adequate for water quality standards of the wastewater reclamation and reusing system. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a water collection tank (2) where rainwater is collected through a water inlet path (1), a water pump (4) that is installed at the water collection tank, a storage tank (7) where the collected rain water is supplied through a check valve (6) of a transfer pipe (5) to be filtered by upwardly passing through a filter media consisting of a filter media layer, a non-woven fabric layer and a sponge layer and the filter media is downwardly back-washed through a backwash water discharge pipe (19) having a solenoid valve (20), a separation membrane treatment tank (11) where the rainwater that is overflown from the storage tank after having been passed through the filter media is collected, a submerged hollow fiber separation membrane (12) that is installed at the separation membrane treatment tank, a vacuum pump (15) that supplies the rain water passed through the separation membrane (12) through a filtered water transfer pipe (13) as a recycled water and a blower (17) that supplies air to the separation membrane (12) through an air pipe (18).
