PURPOSE: An oligomer for immobilizing a microorganism and an oligomer polymerization gel with an immobilized microorganism are provided, thereby a large number of microorganisms can be immobilized, and the immobilized microorganism is not easily decomposed by other microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: The oligomer for immobilizing a microorganism comprises a main skeletal structure of polyalkyleneglycol; polymeric double-bond binding groups positioned in both ends of the main skeletal structure; a sub-skeletal structure consisting of urethane binding, ethyleneoxy or urethane binding, ethyleneoxy and propyleneoxy and being formed between the main skeletal structure and the polymeric double-bond binding groups, wherein the polyalkyleneglycol consists of ethyleneoxy(EO)m, C3 or C4 alkyleneoxy(RO)n in which m is an integer of 20 to 100, and n is an integer of 10 to 50. The oligomer polymerization gel with an immobilized microorganism is produced by polymerization of the oligomer for immobilizing the microorganism.
