PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing an oil-and-honey pastry using fruits. The manufactured oil-and-honey pastry contains natural vitamins, colors and tastes peculiar to fruits, and boosts one's appetite. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an oil-and-honey pastry using fruits comprises the steps of; preparing fruit powder or syrup and mixing it with glutinous rice; maturing the mixture thereof at 20 deg.C for 48-72 hours, and drying it; washing the dried mixture and followed by dewatering and addition of soaked beans; pulverizing the mixture thereof; adding soju and water to the powder and kneading them; rolling the dough and followed by maturing and cutting into an appropriate size; frying the cut pieces thereof twice; dipping a pastry in a mixture of fruit juice and sugar syrup; and garnishing it.
