PURPOSE: A safety device in having a flat tire during traveling is provided to prevent an accident from occurring by puncture of a tire. CONSTITUTION: A safety device in having a flat tire during traveling comprises air springs(4) compensating droop of a flat tire(2); an air tank storing pneumatic pressure to operate the air spring; and an operating unit to operate a vehicle while exhausting air from the air tank to the air spring when a tire is flat during traveling. The air spring is formed to the upper side of shock absorbers(8) installed between a vehicle body frame and an axle, and the air spring moves the shock absorber up and down, while being expanded or compressed. The air spring is independently expanded when the tire is flat and compensates droop of tires. Accordingly, the vehicle body is prevented from leaning to the flat tire side and therefore, an accident is prevented.
