A method for optimizing direct antegrade endolymphatic infusion therapy

FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: cutaneous incision is made in area of projection of inferior pole of the most pronounced surface inguinal lymph node to detect the most pronounced adducting lymphatic vessel of lymph node. Inguinal lymph node is catheterized through its adducting lymph node. Beforehand, one should model a catheter out of standard subclavicular catheter due to heating and stretching by forming a catheter at 3 mm diameter. Its cavity should be filled with solution of magnetized heparin. Catheter is introduced into lymph node's cavity, fixed with intracapsular pursestring suture onto lymph node's capsule. Distal end of catheter is fixed to patient's skin. In postoperative period one should carry out intralymphatic infusion therapy for 8-12 d twice daily. EFFECT: shortened terms of therapy. 2 ex
