FIELD: oil industry, particularly well boring equipment.;SUBSTANCE: tool comprises base, electric motor, reducer with output shaft kinematically linked with hollow drive shaft, bearing rollers, guide bushing, conductor-and-support cable and indicator for indicating flexible shaft displacement. Arranged inside hollow drive shaft is flexible shaft with cutting means formed as milling cutter. Device has support legs, cylinder with slide valve, reserve chamber for oil, oil pump and discharge line. Pump is kinematically connected to output shaft of reducer. Oil pump is linked with hollow drive shaft by means of discharge line to create force enough for flexible shaft displacement and with support leg to secure tool inside stem. Slide valve divides cylinder into two cavities. One cavity is filled with air and located above slide valve. Another cavity arranged under slide valve is filled with oil and connected to suction line of pump. Slide valve provides communication between lower cylinder cavity and reserve chamber. Indicator is located directly on flexible shaft in font of guide bushing.;EFFECT: increased reliability, decreased cost for tool production and operation.;5 dwg
