Relative (P) and differential (dP) refraction coefficient from the following formulas where P(ti), P(ti+1) is the relative blood serum refraction coefficient in ti and ti+1 day after surgical intervention; p0 is the blood serum refraction coefficient when admitting the patient in hospital; p(ti) is the blood serum refraction coefficient at ti day after the surgical intervention; dP(ti) is the differential blood serum refraction coefficient at ti day after the surgical intervention; ti, ti+1 is the day after the surgical intervention the blood serum refraction coefficient is measured. Differential blood serum refraction coefficient value growing on the background of positive value of relative blood serum refraction coefficient, favorable traumatic disease development course is to be predicted. Differential blood serum refraction coefficient value falling, complications risk is to be predicted in postoperative period of traumatic disease course.
