FIELD: testing equipment, design of bench to test steel pipes of main pipe-lines with their joint loading by internal pressure and bending moment. SUBSTANCE: bench to test pipes with internal pressure and for bending comprises aid loading tested pipe by bending and hydraulic system. Aid loading tested pipe by bending includes plate with supports, hydraulic cylinders, tie-rods, bearing and loading cross-pieces with profiled cradles contacting test pipe. Hydraulic cylinders are hinged to plate and to loading cross-pieces by means of tie-rods. Supports are linked to bearing cross-pieces with the aid of springy tie-rods ensuring free bending of tested pipe in process of its loading by internal pressure and bending moment. Hydraulic system of bench to test pipes with internal pressure and for bending has double-circuit pressure converter, one circuit of it being filled with water to form internal pressure in tested pipe, the other circuit being filled with hydraulic oil to control pressure converter jointly with hydraulic cylinders of aid loading tested pipe by bending, low-pressure water pump to fill tested pipe and first circuit of double-circuit pressure converter with water and high-pressure pump supplying hydraulic oil through unit of distribution valves into hydraulic cylinders of aid loading tested pipe by bending and into second circuit of double- circuit pressure converter. EFFECT: potential for joint testing of pipes of various diameters for pure bending and action of internal pressure with minimal employment of hardware and spending of time. 5 cl, 3 dwg
