FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves injecting physiological salt solution into pulmonary artery at 0-5 C temperature. Systolic blood pressure in the pulmonary artery, general pulmonary resistance, general peripheral resistance and ratio of general pulmonary resistance to general peripheral resistance are measured before and after injecting physiological salt solution. The ratio values are interpreted as normal, low or atypical state of pulmonary circuit blood vessels. EFFECT: high accuracy in determining non-operable patient state. 4 tbl
