FIELD: devices for newspapers dispensing. SUBSTANCE: device has hoisting means for transporting stack of newspapers or the like, thrust washer for pressing to uppermost newspaper, dispensing mechanism with fixer in shape of roller with large constant of friction for paper. Roller has axis, freely rotating in it, ends of said axis being placed into slots of cramp sides, said cramp being connected to pusher. Device has additional capturing element with a stop. For assuring dispensing of a newspaper, during forward movement of drive pusher roller axis may move backwards in the slots up to contact of roller cylindrical surface with a stop. Roller axis may move away from stop along cramp slots for assuring free rolling of roller along newspaper or the like during reciprocal movement of dispensing mechanism and removal of newspaper from the dispensing slit.
