For this purpose specific sets of primers are immobilized in different cells that, except for standard constantly immobilized primers comprise definite amount of modulated primers (they can be released, activated, inactivated) and that can be used by necessary for both multiplication and for analysis of cell-specific DNA fragment. Enzymatic reactions are carried out parallel into separate gel members covered and isolated each from other by mineral oil. New method provides possibility for simultaneous analysis of multiple of different nucleotide sequences. Invention can be used in scientific-research and medicinal practice.
