Gas-producing mixture held in insulating chamber is disposed at one end of electrically explosive section of changeable element in direct contact with the latter. Chamber has channels providing communication of its inner space with space above insulatingmaterial piston disposed directly at changeable element exploded sections. Mounted on other end of changeable element exploded sections is cone made of insulating material.
