FIELD: medicine, in particular, neurosurgery. SUBSTANCE: intraoperation infra-red examination of the nerve ends is carried out after the dissection of neuroma and cicatricially changed part and their temperature parameters are estimated. Then, the nerve ends are brought together up to contiguity and an infra-red control is performed. In each stage of distraction the temperature parameters of the nerve ends are estimated and compared with the initial values. At a rise of the temperature gradient above 1.5C ischemia of the nerve ends is stated, and a tension is considered as a considerable and intolerable one. EFFECT: revelation of an expressed disturbance of blood supply of the nerve and reduced postoperative complications. 1 ex
