PORTABLE REACTION CRUCIBLE FOR DOZE OF METAL-THERMIT WELDING MIXTURE FOR SINGLE USAGE (VARIANTS)

FIELD: machine engineering, equipment for Thermit welding. SUBSTANCE: crucible is designed for single usage and it includes housing with cylindrical jacket, flat bottom, lid and refractory lining in housing of crucible designed for filling it with doze of Thermit welding mixture and having meltable opening in bottom. In order to use low-cost materials and to reliably hold crucible itself in housing, flat bottom (of housing) made of non-metallic material adjoins to flat lower side of bearing disc of refractory material with central opening. Said disc corresponds to inner diameter of jacket and has upper cone side turned to side of central opening. Refractory lining is in the form of specially made and inserted inside jacket reaction vessel whose cone bottom corresponds to upper side of disc and adjoins to disc. Hollow guiding nozzle of said vessel is introduced in central opening of bearing disc. EFFECT: improved design. 16 cl, 4 dwg
