SUBSTANCE: one should study hemostasis parameters, moreover, it is necessary to detect the number of thrombocytes, activated partial thromboplastin time, fibrinogen level to calculate prognostic index S by the following formula: S = AK₁+BK₂+CK₃+const, where S -prognostic index, A - the number of thrombocytes in 10^9/l, B - activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), sec, C - fibrinogen level, g/l, K₁, K₂, K₃ - coefficiencts equal to 0.02; 0.046; -0.06, correspondingly, const = 4.39 and if index S value is below 0 it is possible to predict the threat of syndrome for delayed fetal development, and if index S value is above 0 one should predict proportional fetal development.
