FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: blast tuyere includes conical hollow body with internal and external jackets and front part interjoining them. Hot air is supplied through internal jacket to shaft furnace and stream of cooling medium flows through space formed by internal and external jackets. In each case space is divided into pre-chamber located in front part and main chamber bordering on it which are hydraulically separated one from another and each has individual circulation circuit of cooling medium with own connecting elements. External jacket is formed by main body coming in the form of solid part symmetric in cross-section relative to vertical axis which smoothly passes into front part. Internal jacket is formed by conical part. Conduits feeding cooling medium to front part and removing it are located in zone of blast tuyere which position corresponds to digit 12 on clock dial and along longitudinal axis of blast tuyere, outside of cross-section of its main chamber. EFFECT: decreased operational expenses, prolonged service life of blast tuyere. 11 cl, 3 dwg
