METHOD FOR TREATING NEUROLOGICAL COMPLICATIONS AT ORTHOPEDIC ONCODISEASES

FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, neurology. SUBSTANCE: before operation one should conduct electroneuromyographic testing and at detecting the signs of nervous squeezing and ischemia for 14-21 d it is necessary to perform stimulating therapy. For this purpose, one should intramuscularly inject 0.1%-ubretide solution in a day, alternate every other day subcutaneous injection of 5%-vitamin B6 solution and 3%-vitamin B1 solution and perorally it is necessary to introduce dibasol 3-4 times daily. In postoperative period, for 3-5 d, beginning immediately after the end of anesthesia it is necessary to carry out local hypothermy at cooling agent's temperature being 5-7 C per 40-60 min, every other 2.5-3 h. On the second day after operation at the background of continuous stimulating therapy one should introduce 0.05%-proserine solution through microcatheter applied towards affected nerve during operation at the dosage being 2 times lower against age one and 10-30 units of lidase once daily. The method in question enables to shorten therapy terms and decrease the risk in developing postoperative complications. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 1 ex
