摘要

FIELD: water desalting plants. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has primary chambers made in form of closed loops for continuous circulation of liquid in one direction at all operating stages. According to one version, proposed plant employs mechanical unit for separation of water masses t different degree of salinity; this unit is provided with masking device for forming bypass circulation. Method employs effect of continuing kinetic cycle by use of bypass valve fitted in bypass section which opens under action of energy accumulated in water mass. Density of said mechanical unit is approximately equal to density of water. According to another version, plant may operate without mechanical unit. Sequence of operations performed by plant is controlled by group of two three-way valves per pair of primary chambers (inlet and outlet valves) whose slides are set in motion from common drive mechanism which ensures required motion of valves (stopping or decelerating at respective stages of process). Such mechanism may be made in form of planetary gear with fixed sun wheel over which satellite runs; connecting rod is provided for turn; other end of this connecting rod is connected with slider which actuates strip connecting the slides of said valves. EFFECT: enhanced economical efficiency; reduced overall dimensions; enhanced operational reliability; increased service life of equipment. 8 cl, 40 dwg
