PLANT FOR PURIFICATION OF GASEOUS EMISSIONS OF INDUSTRIAL PROCESSES FROM TOXIC ORGANIC COMPOUNDS

FIELD: units for purification of gaseous emissions of industrial processes from toxic organic compounds. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes smoke exhauster, gas duct, after- burning unit with control and power supply devices and set of ultra- violet radiators at average density of light energy of radiation of gas of 10^-3-3•10^-1 J/sq cm which are made from lamps with reflectors fitted at the beginning of rectilinear section of gas duct; plant is also provided with chamber inside which lamps provided with ultra-violet reflectors are arranged; said chamber has air inlet and outlet and discharge port made from transparent material and provided with coats optically resistant to chemical emissions; plant is provided with discharge port dust cleaning unit and cooling system; apertures of lamp reflector and discharge port are optically matched; end face of reflector is parallel to discharge port at clearance; one part of chamber with discharge port is located inside gas duct and is secured on its wall and other part of chamber provided with air inlet and outlet and cooling system is located on the outside of gas duct. EFFECT: enhanced operational and economical efficiency; increased service life; simplified construction; enhanced operational stability of plant at varying flows of emissions. 10 cl, 6 dwg
