METHOD FOR ANESTHETIC HELPING IN SURGERY OPERATIONS

FIELD: medicine, anesthesiology. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as anesthetic helping in surgery operations. Epithalamium is used as one component of premedication and for maintenance of anesthesia. As a component of premedication, epithalamium is administrated as the first preparation by intravenous bolus route in the dose 0.20-0.25 mg/kg in 20.0 ml of 5% glucose solution. Initial anesthesia is carried out in 5-10 min after termination of premedication. As a component for maintenance of anesthesia epithalamium is diluted in 5% glucose solution and administrated by infusion drop route for all period of surgery operation in the dose 0.05-0.10 mg/kg/h. Invention promotes for stabilization of hemodynamics and reducing requirement in anesthetics during carrying out the anesthetic helping due to addition of epithalamium to anesthetic helping taken in the definite dose and sequence of its administration.
