PHYTOREMEDY METHOD FOR SOIL PURIFICATION AGAINST HEAVY METALS

FIELD: soil science. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with biological purification of soils polluted with heavy metals. This method includes sowing the soil with seeds of Compositae, legumes and Gramineae species at the ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 at the quantity of 1.50 - 22.90 mln pcs/ha followed by their multiple mowing down at the stage of vegetation period, drying and removal from soil surface. The method suggested is considered to be ecologically pure and enables to decrease the content of heavy metals considerably in polluted soils. EFFECT: higher efficiency of soil purification. 1 tbl
