SUBSTANCE: module magnetometer measures lack of orthogonality of axes of three-component standard of magnetic induction. Three-component magnetometer is placed into standard, precise value of magnetic induction is reproduced in turn along each axis of standard and instrument matrix of three vectors-columns of measurement results by magnetometer normalized to corresponding value reproduced by standard is drawn up. By measured lack of orthogonality of axes of standard matrix of its axes is constructed in its own orthogonal system of coordinates. Correcting matrix of magnetometer is determined by normalized instrument matrix and matrix of axes of standard in its own orthogonal systems of coordinates. EFFECT: determination of correcting matrix without thorough orientation of nonorthogonal magnetometer in nonorthogonal standard, enhanced precision of determination of correcting matrix. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
