FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: one should perform ultrasound detection of uterine body length and its anterior-posterior size on the 3d and 7th d of postoperative period, establish the values of their linear parameters alterations. At the difference value between those of uterine length being above the difference value between those of anterior-posterior uterine size uterine involution is evaluated to be physiological one, at this value being below the difference value between those of anterior-posterior uterine size - uterine subinvolution is established. The method enables to evaluate the character of uterine subinvolution after Caesarean operation more objectively. EFFECT: higher accuracy and efficiency of evaluation. 2 ex
