METHOD OF DIAGNOSIS OF COUNTER-BALANCED PUMPING UNITS OF SUCKER-ROD PUMPIN G PLANTS

FIELD: prevention of breakdown of pumping units at oil fields. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes measurement of momentary magnitudes of current and voltage at input of pumping unit electric drive. Then, present magnitudes of current and voltage are determined and first harmonic (A₁(s)) and second harmonic (A₂(S)) of total power are extracted and their relationship K₂₁ = [A₂(S)/A₁(S)]; is determined. Counter-balanced state is determined from condition K₂₁≥K_21Э, where K_21Э is reference magnitude of coefficient for given oil well. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of obtaining results; facilitated procedure. 3 dwg, 4 tbl
