FIELD: manufacture of reinforced concrete structures using steel ropes.;SUBSTANCE: device has yoke with hole expanded to form truncated cone with central angle of 12o 05' - 13o 15', or better 13o, between generating lines, that accommodates longitudinally split three-fraction conical insert with central angle between generating lines being 13o20' - 14o 35', or better 14o 35', and with central duct to receive rope, insert fractions being mounted for providing clearance between adjacent side surfaces of their split, better parallel ones; common annular groove is made on fractions of conical insert, preferably on sides or on end turning into cylindrical part of its larger base; this groove is designed to receive annular flexible member integrating these fractions; yoke has conical drilling on smaller base end opposing conical insert; smaller base of drilling is connected, better through cylindrical duct, to smaller base of conical expansion whose diameter is larger than that of strand reinforcement by at least 1.13 times.;EFFECT: enhanced reliability of mechanical design of device and of rope fixation thereon.;4 cl, 3 dwg
