Invention describes a method for preparing 1'-ethyl-2-alkyl-3-[1-ethylalumacyclopent-3'-yl)methyl]-alumacyclopent-2-enes of the formula (1); ;and 1-ethyl-2-[1'-ethylalumacyclopent-3'-yl)methyl]-3-alkylalumacyclopent-2-enes of the formula (2); ;wherein R means n-C₄H₉, n-C₅H₁₁, n-C₇H₁₅ by interaction of 1-alkyl-2-allylacetylene of the general formula with triethylaluminum of the formula AlEt₃ in the mole ratio R--CH₂CH=CH₂ : EtAl₃ = 10:(30-40) mole % in the presence of two-component catalyst zirconocene dichloride - diisobutylaluminum chloride of the formula (Cp₂ZrCl₂-Bui2AlH) in the amount 8-12 mole % with respect to 1-alkyl-2-allylacetylene in argon atmosphere, at room temperature 21-22 C for 6-10 h.
