METHOD FOR PROPHYLAXIS OF CARDIAL COMPLICATIONS IN TOTAL HYPERTHERMIA WITH POLYCHEMOTHERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH ADVANCED CANCER FORMS

FIELD: medicine, oncology.;SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for prophylaxis of cardial complications in general hyperthermia with polychemotherapy in treatment of patients with advanced forms of cancer. For this purpose trimetazidine (preductal) in the dose 60 mg/day is given to patient for 3 weeks before the first seance of hyperthermia with polychemotherapy and for all period up before each the following seance. Method provides diminishing such complications as sinus tachycardia, supraventricular extrasystole, reducing voltage of QRS complex, repolarizating disorders, diastole dysfunction, elevated activity of lactate dehydrogenase, creatine phosphokinase, aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase.;EFFECT: improved method for prophylaxis.;3 cl, 4 tbl, 3 ex
